Refelction for the 2nd Grading :)

A CONTINUATION OF THE JOURNEY

A Journey to a Happy Ending

Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz introduced to us HTML (Hypertext Mark-up Language). I thought I know everything about it already because I have learned that when I was still in first year, BUT I WAS WRONG! I have little knowledge of it, what I learned when I was in first year was just a dot in a clean sheet of paper.
This grading, I gained a thorough knowledge of HTML- HTML tags, Mark-up tags and its 2 kinds and others. Afterwards Ma’am Vera Cruz gave us cool activities using HTML tags. She gave us eleven activities. You just have to follow the instruction given in order to accomplish an excellent work. I made some experiments to make a better outcome in activity number 3, 8, 9, 10 and 11. I was amazed that ‘Notepad’ can be use that way. I’d been using notepad for how many years but I didn't expect that it can work better when placing HTML Tags on it.
I didn't encounter any problem or challenges in making HTML files. Posting this last blog is my problem, I have no time to make and post it because I was in Baguio City for the International Leadership Training. I want to have a high grade for this grading so I don’t want to have lacking. I was composing an essay about my reflection for this grading at night after our seminars.
It was hard to concentrate because the entire delegate of ISNHS is having fun and it’s very noisy. But I was able to make an excellent one. I was able to finish a fantastic chapter and enjoyed it, thanks to our teachers help and guidance.

INTRAMURALS 2k14

In our school intramurals is not just for sports, competition or winning. INTRAMURALS is also a time to enjoy and have fun. The SSGOs built 4 booths-Movie booth, Horror booth, Food booth and Marriage booth. The MAPEH Club built RNB booth and the English Club built Message booth.

The opening of Intramurals 2014 was last September 18, 2014. ISNHS witnessed a parade of athletes inside the campus and most of my schoolmates went to the gymnasium and participated in the opening
ceremony. I was not one of them who went to the gym because I helped in preparing for the Horror booth. The next day, I went to school at 6:00 A.M. and fixed some parts of the booth. Our booth opened at 8:30 A.M. and many students came and experienced the evilness of our booth. It was fun to scare those who entered in our booth. In the afternoon, I went to help the RNB booth which I almost forgotten. I enjoyed reading those silly letters but I felt a little awkward because the whole campus can hear my voice. My voice hurt so I decided to go to the Horror booth again and enjoyed the last hour of this day. September 20, 2014, this day was supposed to be the last day of Intramurals but because of the bad weather it was postponed. Instead of sleeping and doing nothing on the bad day, I made a hot chocolate milk and “champorado”. I went to my room and grabbed a book and read.

Intramurals was continued but it seems a little boring this time maybe because the booths are not around and some of the teachers insisted to have their class instead of letting their students watch a game. Even though I’m not an athlete, I still enjoyed this year’s Intramurals. Thanks to the different booths.

My Teacher, My Hero

There are countless definitions of heroes today. A superstar who used his fame and fortune to help the needy in his hometown. A firefighter who sees no danger in all circumstances just to save lives of people. An Overseas Filipino Worker who is ready to bear the pain of being alone just to provide his family a comfortable life.

"There are heroes and heroines, national and local. Some of them are born, others are made. Many are still living while many others have long been gone. Monuments and museums were built to keep their memories alive in our hearts and minds. In the calendar important dates and events are usually marked red to remind us of their birth or death anniversary."-unknown But behind all these great people are strong foundations that guide, develop, and mold them all throughout. They are the teachers!

They play a big and important role in our community   as   well   as   our    lives.    An EDUCATOR,                   ENTERTAINER, SUPPORTER, ROLE MODEL, ASSESSOR. These  are  only  some  of  the  role  of our teachers.

What is the first thing that will come to your mind when you hear the word teacher? Is it lectures and new lessons or quizzes and assignment or sermons and jokes? Whatever your answer is, please do always remember that they gave us their time, to learn and to develop mentally, physically, and socially. They are here not only to teach, but also to love and care us. They are our second parents. They are also our friends with whom we can discuss any kind of problem. They are our inspiration to continue our journey. They are our lamp, which serves as our guide in the long road of darkness. Without them, we would have been lost. They shape the future of a child. And they are the ones who hold the candle of enlightenment, knowledge and prosperity.

Today we have made so many great discoveries like man has landed on moon and mankind has given a new meaning to life and has found many ways to make human lives better. All this is happening because of education. And there can be no education without teachers; therefore, all credit goes to teachers. It is tribute to teachers who are enabling us to discover the vastness and secrets of life.
